ABOUT

CAROLINE PADDEN

With a background in consumer insights and market research, I am experienced in helping companies and global brands gain insight into their customers. I have had the privilege to work on brands across genres—from men’s underwear to mobile phones, to meal-kit delivery service to five years with the iconic Crocs brand. I love the process of digging in to create better understanding, dialog and a deeper connection.

Over time—and doing the work to discover what really lights me up—my career has evolved into a more intimate and personalized experience.

Today, I work one-on-one, empowering clients to delve deep into self-discovery and forge meaningful connection and clarity with themselves.

Between coaching and my corporate market research career, I took time to experiment and to follow my curiosity. My love of food took me out of the office and into the kitchen for a degree in culinary arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, which led to food writing for Denver’s 5280 Magazine. My next adventure was helping launch Green Chef, a meal-kit delivery tech start-up, before taking time off to be home with my young kiddos.

As my kiddos entered full-time school, I was presented with the daunting—what next?—question. Drawn to the wellness world, I followed my interest back to school to earn my certification in Integrative Health Coaching. While working with clients, I found that as people pulled a few levers—mostly food and fitness—and started feeling better in their bodies, what they really wanted came to the surface: to feel more engaged in work and in life. Those queries led me to the Sparketype® body of work and eventually to become a Certified Sparketype® Advisor.

Today, as a Certified Integrative Health Coach and a Certified Sparketype® Advisor, I offer a fusion of each, using best practices and methodologies to meet the needs of individual clients. My mission is to guide you on an actionable and practical path to a more empowered, engaged and vibrant you.

Find out who you are and do it on purpose.

Things that bring Caroline Padden joy

Outside of this work, you will find me running the trails in Boulder, CO, walking my two kiddos (ages 8 and 10) to school with our dog Bob, or out to dinner, happy hour or on a bike ride with my husband or friends. Things that bring me joy include: planning my family’s next adventure, a great novel paired with a hot bath, live music, skiing on a sunny day, eating all the delicious foods, color (especially yellow), slow hangs with friends and family, and meeting new people—maybe you ;)
